Donna Reeves, Accounts Payable Manager, has been with Eos since 2013, handling vendor accounts and billing. Previously she was employed at AIMCO and TIC properties in Greenville, SC handling payable and receivables for their real estate assets.
Preston Henderson, Construction Project Coordinator, oversees major renovation and capital projects throughout the portfolio. He has over 20 years experience in multifamily management. He joined Eos in 2009 as a Maintenance Technician, became an onsite Maintenance Supervisor, and then moved to his current position coordinating construction projects. He is an active member of the Upstate Apartment Association in Greenville, SC.
Terry Boger joined Eos in 2013 as a Senior Accountant. Prior to joining Eos, Terry was Controller for 14 years for a regional publishing company, Community Journals and TOWN magazine in Greenville, SC. She matriculated from the University of South Carolina with a business major.
Mona Register joined Eos in 2013 as a Senior Accountant. Prior to working with Eos, Mona was an Assistant Controller with AIMCO, overseeing an accounting staff in the preparation of financial statements for and audits of multifamily assets. Mona earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia with a concentration in Accounting.
Amyn Ghaswala serves as Financial Analyst for Titan Real Estate Investment Group and Eos Real Estate Management Group. In this role, Amyn works closely with senior management on all multifamily investments throughout the process from deal sourcing to close. In addition, Amyn assists with the overall performance of the portfolio through asset management, budgeting, and construction management. Since joining Eos and Titan in 2014, Amyn has been instrumental in completing over $580 million in transactions representing approximately 5,750 units.
Prior to joining Titan, Amyn interned at ASG Investments focusing on underwriting and due diligence of commercial real estate properties throughout the southeast. Amyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Tara Keeler joined Eos in 2015 as a Regional Director. Based in Atlanta, she oversees a portfolio of Southeast multifamily assets. Prior to joining Eos, she worked for Madison Apartment Group for 3 years. Her previous experience includes 12 years at RAM Partners, 6 years as an Area Vice President and 6 years as an onsite Property Manager. Tara graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Peirce College.
Dana Neal, Regional Director, has been with Eos since 2009. Dana is based in Atlanta overseeing multifamily assets in the Southeast. She has been in multifamily management for 15 years and began her career at Eos as an onsite Community Director in Atlanta. Prior to starting with Eos, she worked as a Community Director for the Worthing Company, America First, and Fairfield Residential. Dana earned her Associates Degree from Gwinnett Technical College.
Eddie Caskey joined Eos in 2013 as the Controller. Prior to joining Eos, Eddie was a Property Controller with the Carroll Group in Atlanta for 7 years, overseeing all financial matters for a portfolio of multifamily assets. Previously he served as a Project Manager working on land acquisitions and development for RealtiCorp in Greenville, SC. Prior to RealtiCorp, he was Vice President of Property Accounting, then Vice President of Investment Banking for Insignia Financial Group. He began his career at US Shelter Properties in Greenville, which was acquired by Insignia Financial Group. Eddie graduated from Furman University with a BA in Business and Economics.
Linda Pentaleri joined Eos in 2013 as President. Previously she had been an Asset Manager for Insignia Financial Group in Greenville, SC, overseeing a portfolio of conventional multifamily assets. In Greenville, she also chaired the Board of Directors for a developing children’s museum and became its Project Director, overseeing the construction and development of The Children’s Museum of the Upstate, one of the largest children’s museums in the country. Before moving to Greenville, she began her career in Chicago, earning her CPA while working for KPMG. Thereafter, she was a Director of Financial Planning at Heller Financial, and a Portfolio Manager in the resort development group of JMB Realty in Chicago. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
As the Managing Partner for Titan Real Estate Investment Group (Titan) and Eos Real Estate Management Group (Eos), Mr. Tabor has the responsibility for identifying, structuring and overseeing all multi-family investments from underwriting, acquisition through asset management and disposition.
Prior to Titan and Eos, Mr. Tabor was a Managing Director for Insignia Financial Group and the senior acquisition person responsible for identifying, structuring and overseeing joint venture multi-family investment opportunities in the United States.
Since 1998, Mr. Tabor has overseen the underwriting, due diligence, acquisition and disposition of $1.8 billion in multi-family real estate. As an alumnus of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Mr. Tabor spent five years in public accounting before beginning his 29-year career in real estate as a controller then asset/acquisitions manager and finally starting Titan in 2003 and Eos in 2009.
Mr. Tabor received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Texas A&M University.
